If you need help, push the red help button on the LifeGuard telephone, personal wrist transmitter or pendant. (If the button has been pressed accidentally, you can easily cancel the alarm.) |

Your LifeGuard Help Phone is activated immediately and it automatically communicates with the LifeGuard Call Monitoring Centre. | ||
|
|
Within seconds our Control Centre receives the signal where your name, address and medical history are displayed on our monitor screens. A qualified Nurse will talk to you through a loud speaker in the telephone unit. You do not need to be near the phone to reply. | ||
|
|
Even if you can't answer, LifeGuard sends help right away. Whether it's a family member, friend, neighbour, or an ambulance, LifeGuard will send help immediately. | ||
