INS LifeGuard given a 100% overall satisfaction rating

When one of our long-term customers asked us recently to survey their clients to determine how satisfied they were with our services, INS LifeGuard was happy to help. We were even happier with the results.

Clients were surveyed on a number of issues, including whether:

• We responded promptly to alarms

• We were able to assess the situation quickly and offer appropriate assistance

• We followed through on the alarm call, even calling to follow-up on their return home if they were taken to hospital

• They felt confident and secure knowing INS LifeGuard was available for them at any time of the day or night

• Our staff was knowledgeable and helpful, courteous and professional at all times

On every question, INS LifeGuard rated between 93-99% satisfied or very satisfied, and fully 100% of respondents said their overall satisfaction with our service was high and they would recommend us to their friends.
