Jeanette Brooks appointed as Manager, Strategic Programs

INS is delighted to announce the appointment of Jeanette Brooks as Manager, Strategic Programs. She is responsible for leading the development and management of strategic initiatives. Jeanette has extensive business, managerial and information and communication (ICT) skills and has successfully built capability within an organisation at both senior management and board director levels. Prior to joining INS, Jeanette held a number of senior roles in Telstra incorporating product management and ICT development and operations. She currently serves on the Board of Learning Links and Uniting Age Care NSW/ACT, South Eastern Region.
Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Business (Management and Information Systems) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with a Diploma in Company Directorship. She is currently studying for a Masters in Business Coaching at Sydney Business School.
INS LifeGuard successfully tendered for two large PRS contracts

INS LifeGuard is pleased to announce that we have been successful in tenders for two large personal response service contacts.
The Department of Veterans' Affairs through its Rehabilitation Application Program supplies personal response services to its eligible veteran beneficiaries. INS was the only new provider to be included in DVA's new national contract.
UnitingCare Ageing is the largest aged care and nursing home provider in NSW. INS has been successful in tendering for supply of Personal Response systems and services to its villages throughout New South Wales.
INS has over many years acted as a "one-stop-shop" solution encompassing both technologies and services to aged care and retirement village operators, individuals in their own homes, as well as government and other providers of services.

Telstra has announced that residents and businesses would benefit from faster mobile speeds following the upgrade of the Next G™ network around Wollongong and surrounding areas. The Illawarra Business Chamber launched the 2009 Integral Energy Illawarra Business Awards, recognised as the pinnacle event on the Illawarra Business' calendar. The Awards congratulate and support the many success stories that make up our local business community. They acknowledge and promote the importance of local business to the future growth and development of the Illawarra, articulate the key drivers of growth for the region and give vital recognition to the region's most successful and innovative businesses.
