INS Health Care is a leading health care provider dedicated to delivering quality, cost-effective care that fosters independence and improved quality of life. We provide a comprehensive range of services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We have around a hundred care staff providing services for many individuals in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Sydney areas, some of whom receive more than one service per day. Our clients comprise a mixture of people with varied needs, some requiring long-term care.

Our staff includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Palliative Care Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Personal Carers, Domestic Cleaners, and Home & Yard Maintenance Workers. All staff have been carefully screened and are provided with continuous, ongoing education. They understand that sensitivity and discretion are important factors in all facets of care.
