We are deeply grateful that you and your team were there for us in dad’s final weeks with us. There are no words to express our gratitude for your genuine concern for him, it really touched our hearts. You are all truly wonderful people, we will never forget your kindness.

My parents would not be able to maintain their independent lifestyle in their own home without the magnificent care and support provided by the highly competent staff of this positive and professional organisation. Not only does INS plan effectively for the future and provide highly professional ongoing services, they are able to respond immediately in times of crisis.

Private Nursing @ Home Packages
We can provide long-term care, or one-off services when needed.
Nursing services are for people who require nursing care by an enrolled or registered nurse to improve or maintain health and wellbeing. In some areas we can address intensive or specialist care needs in the home. We closely monitor these services in consultation with relevant others.
Our staff includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Palliative Care Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Personal Carers, Domestic Cleaners, and Yard and Maintenance Workers. All staff have been carefully screened and are provided with continuous, ongoing education. They understand that sensitivity and discretion are important factors in all facets of care.
Our coordinators are available for case management and emotional support, and also arrange for services such as personal affairs assistance, treatments, rehabilitation support, continence treatment, podiatry, massage, family counselling, group outings, health seminars, and information on advocacy.
INS has sound experience in providing flexible care services and support to people with complex care needs, including those with diagnosed dementia. We have developed and demonstrable policies and procedures encompassing this which have been examined by various instrumentalities.
Services may include:
Home nursing by registered nurses in the person’s home on a regular or one-off basis — e.g. wound care, etc.
Coordination of care with local doctors, hospitals and rehabilitation provider
Assistance with personal care and household cleaning, if necessary
Social support and companionship
Transport service, e.g. to medical appointments, shopping or other errands
Respite care to give the regular caregiver a break
