Further to the story in our previous newsletter regarding quality standards compliance, INS is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed compliance to additional Australian Standards.

So now we can proudly say we adhere to the following standards:

AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality management systems – Requirements
AS 4607:1999 Personal Response Systems
AS 5205:2019 Australian Health Contact Centres
Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights, 2008
Australian Privacy Principles Act 1988

And we will shortly also comply with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information technology – Security techniques – Information security management systems – Requirements.

As providers of care delivered through our qualified health care professionals, we are committed to continuous improvement and providing exceptional service. This is further evidenced by our investments in compliance with Australian/New Zealand Standards.

Our clinical staff also hold registration for their particular clinical endorsement, such as our nurses being registered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
