INS LifeGuard is a specialised Personal Response Centre operation with integrated virtual care services and technologies, which are available Australia-Wide.

Southern Cross Care article on INS LifeGuard
INS LifeGuard was delighted to be featured in an article by Retirement Living Units Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) shared by Anne Newman, Administrative Support Officer. It states, "We selected the LifeGuard system because it uses only qualified or enrolled nurses to monitor calls and quickly assesses each situation, immediately summoning ambulances, fire or police as required. The INS system installation was successfully transitioned through all but one village from February through to June 2015. [The INS LifeGuard] system can alert staff to situations from falls to tap left running. Utilising the INS technology that is built into our Maleny units … if the hot water is running for more than 20 minutes, it will send off a signal to the emergency response system.
