Quality and Standards Truly Do Matter
We are extremely proud of what we do and how we provide our services. Many of our competitors will speak of their adherence to a standard, for instance, AS4607, which relates to Personal Response Systems.
We have never been satisfied with meeting those standards alone, which are nearly 20 years old. We believe we and our staff should aspire to much more. This is why we don’t just meet AS4607, but we also currently adhere to the following additional standards:
- AS 5205:2019 Australian Health Contact Centres
- AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality management systems – Requirements
And we will also shortly comply with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information technology – Security techniques – Information security management systems – Requirements .
