Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for all your time and patience on the phone today Nicole. As a virgin INS user, I emailed you. You called me right away and were so patient and took the time to learn a little of what our village required from this system. You then patiently explained the functions of the portal, paying attention to the functions which [our village] would find helpful.
I just wish to say thank you to the INS staff member who assisted us, Alison. She was very calm and caring and made the effort to check in on the situation over the several hours the call was active.
